Terms & Conditions
§ 1 General
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the ALL-INCLUSIVE HR BUSINESS PROGRAM (“Program”) provided by www.yourHRbusiness.com >>> Christian Hoh, V Zahradach 1081, 252 29 Dobrichovice, Czech Republic, CIN (Corporate Identity Number) 17954282 including all related consultations, materials, and guidance. By enrolling in the Program, you agree to these Terms.
§ 2 Program Description
The Program consists exclusively of consulting and training sessions on Human Resources, recruitment, marketing, corporate Identity / Brand, business setup and receiving your own website and all related materials (documents / templates etc.).
The Program is educational and advisory in nature. Participation does not guarantee specific results, employment, or business outcomes.
§ 3 Enrollment and Payment
Program fees are payable via money & banc-transfer only (EURO). The price for the whole program is 2.970.- EUR net.
Payment Schedule:
- 50% upfront to secure your spot
- 50% upon completion of the Program
Non-Refundable Deposit: Once the Program begins, the upfront 50% deposit is non-refundable.
§ 4 Personal Data and GDPR Compliance
During enrollment, we collect personal information, including name, email, and phone number.
Personal data will be processed in accordance with EU GDPR regulations and used solely for Program administration, communication, and relevant updates.
You may request deletion or access to your data at any time by contacting us at .
§ 5 Responsibilities and Disclaimer
The Program provides advisory and educational services only.
yourHRbusiness, its team members, and partners (including Christian Hoh, Karel Karma Sin, and Illusmart Digital) make no guarantees regarding results or outcomes.
Participants are responsible for applying the knowledge, advice, and strategies provided.
§ 6 Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellations before Program start: you may cancel and retain no refund of the upfront deposit.
Rescheduling may be considered upon request, subject to availability.
§ 7 use of materials / documents / files
Participants are granted to use all provided materials, templates, documents and files, for their own use. Participants can upgrade the files etc. by their own choice and will.
All provided materials / documents / files etc. are property from the participants, after the hand over.
§ 8 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, yourHRbusiness and its representatives (Christian Hoh & Karel Karma Sin) are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.
§ 9 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by EU law.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law and competent courts within the EU.
